Water Jetting (High Pressure Washing)

This is no ordinary pressure washer. This squirt gun is a 210 hp, diesel powered pressure washer that is capable of operating at the low range of 3000 psi up to a high range of 24000 psi. This machine comes with many attachments from simple spray nozzles to complete spin jets that can cut steel, etch concrete, or remove paint and rust. Water jetting provides safe and environmentally friendly solutions to many cleaning problems. No sand is required.

Water jets can also be used to clean concrete parking lots, side walks, remove paint from around parking spaces, and clean rubber build up from airport runways. The possibilities for cleaning are endless. If you have a special need contact us so we can work on a solution.

Foundation Form Cleaning

One of the unique uses for the squirt gun is foundation form cleaning. High pressure water can be used to remove built up concrete on aluminum or steel forms. The pressure can be regulated to remove the concrete without causing damage to the surface of the form. The other advantage is should the form need weld repair, water pressure can be increased to remove the oxides layer on an aluminum form to insure a clean surface for consistent quality welds.

Aluminum and Steel Form Repair

Our shop is set up to meet the needs of repairing aluminum forms. Many people can repair forms! Our experienced welders have an advantage that improves their repairs. They have the ability to insure the aluminum is clean. Clean aluminum is the key to a quality weld repair.
